We are always happy to receive CVs from candidates on a speculative basis, and with permission, we retain these details on a confidential database so that they can be considered against current and future assignments. No candidate’s CV, whether sent speculatively or in response to an advertisement, is forwarded to, or discussed with, a client without the candidate's express, prior permission.
We receive several thousands of CVs every year and although all are acknowledged, we’re sadly unable to give personal, detailed feedback about CVs or career advice to everyone who contacts us unless such candidates are actively involved in a specific assignment process. But we do offer help and answers to some frequently asked questions in our Resources section in articles and Dickinson Smith Buss Fact Sheets.
